All of our tortillas are made fresh in-house. The masa is made from corn arriving from Tlaxcala, Mexico. Our menu consists of elevated tacos, tlacoyos and tlayudas reimagined to reflect Chef Scott Koshnoodi’s heritage and upbringing – Persian, Texan and Mexican. Our signature drinks are crafted to highlight the seasons so we incorporate many fresh ingredients, perfectly accompanying any food choice.
