Director Leland Montgomery and actor-screenwriter James Patrick Nelson are about to start production for their film Something to Surprise Me! To celebrate, come enjoy a double-bill screening of Montgomery’s TV pilot “Hotter Up Close” (an irreverent comedy about a gay slacker who must overcome his crippling insecurities to find love at a gay pool party) and Nelson’s TV pilot “For Years to Come“ (a heartfelt dramedy about a gay man who falls in love with his dead mother’s hospice nurse, while struggling to reconcile with his elderly father… who’s secretly a porn director). And then stay for a Q&A with James Patrick Nelson after the screening!
